After several rounds of interviews and many conversations with our Ride family, the NEPR Board of Directors is thrilled to announce the hiring of Axi Wechter as our new Co-Executive Director.

Axi has been with The Michael J. Fox Foundation for 6 years, serving for the past several as the Senior Associate Director of Team Fox. She has been our point of contact at Team Fox since 2018 and attended the Ride in both 2019 and 2021.

Cindy and Axi are excited to be working together to ensure that the15th Annual Ride is an unforgettable experience for all. Axi will assume the role of Executive Director when Cindy steps down at this year’s ride.

We are confident that Axi will take the Ride to new heights, without losing the family feel and connection that means so much to all of us.
